COURT DECISIONS OF THE SPORTS

race, 29 / 3 / 2009 LOMBARDY ONE - Pieve Emanuele

By resolution posted on the CU No 36 of 02.04.2009, this court decided to suspend the approval of the match concerned after announcement of a complaint from the company Pieve Emanuele.

- Read the CU # 100 / 27.02.2009 on the FIGC / LND with which it was necessary to the abbreviation of the deadline imposed by the Code of Sports Justice for the last four days of the Provincial Championships 2008/2009 season;

- Clarified that following this abbreviation for the proceedings of first instance before the Judge of any territorial claims against the proper conduct of the tender must be submitted to the headquarters of the Provincial Delegation by 12.00 the second day following the date of execution of the race;

- that the complaint Pieve Emanuele company that focuses on the regularity of the race LOMBARDY A - AS Pieve Emanuele of 29.03.2009, was received by the Provincial Delegation of Milan on 3/4/2009, so five days after completion of the race.

The Judge considers the complaint inadmissible as outside of legal proceedings and therefore rejects it in all respects.
